I have the mother of all colds. My throat is almost inactive; the rest of me is approaching 'it'... My next door neighbour thinks it's already hit my chest...
Back tomorrow, if I feel up to it. But for now I want bed, bed and more bed; with some reading, if I can muster and focus, especially with the ever-weeping left eye.
OK. Rest is called for and it will come. I admit: fall down and over.
Catch you later, avid or sporadic readers!
Bye For Now,
R (looking forward to some sleep...)
This will never do -- it's playing havoc with my morning routine!! :-) Rest you well and be restored to good health soon. I'm glad you are enjoying Bleeding Heart Square -- it is waiting for me on the 'request' shelf at the library.

You know the best medicine for a cold. Whisky and bed.... well after the whisky you need to lie down.
Get well soon, best wishes.

Thanks Maxine. I've had a sudden limited spurge of energy, but I know it's shortlived.
I also know that I can read in bed but I also know that this is in short spurts too. I can't seem to sleep for long. But I've started Andrew Taylor's Bleeding Heart Square which captures my attention!
