Am I the only one - or was the latest epi of Dr Who not quite up to scratch?
Author of Gods Behaving Badly, Marie Phillips didn't think so, but what do you think? She thought it slow with recovery; I thought it slow and imperilled. It just wasn't thrilling enough. Next please.
I have to admit to losing interest by the time of the second part of the last two-parter, even though Colin Salmon was in it (great actor, but not coming across so great in this one).
I, too, have to admit to loving the Agatha Christie epi. I thought the big wasp thing would make it silly, but it was wonderfully done with lots of humour. Setting perfect. Cast perfect. Special effects perfect.
Perhaps tonight's will be of that standard? Some previews already suggest too much Donna and too little Doctor. But I'll give it a go as I do like the way Donna has developed!

Dr Who is rather lightweight these days - like notes for a screenplay instead of the screenplay itself. The last truly good episode was the fabulous one set in ancient Rome - that rocked.

I agree. So far, the Agatha Christie episode has been the one I've enjoyed most. Bring on the Daleks!
