Yes I was aware of it from the news and from Meg Gardiner's blog. Thanks for the tip off, though Peter; it seems that incidents such as this amuse our friends across the Atlantic. (More than here.)
I see so many jobs advertised in the national newspaper that require Welsh language skills and this case explains why! And it's not the first time this sort of thing has happened according to one media article.
You really do have to laugh.
